How can I abbrieviate my medical conditions for a medical ID bracelet?
I need to get 3 major things on it…
1. Congenital complete heart block
2. Dual chamber pacer implant
3. WPW syndrome s/p rif ablation
I only have so much room available for engraving.
Also, is it ever okay to leave your name off of the ID, to allow for more engraving space? And I also have two drug allergies….

a medical alert tag is not intended to list a full medical history, it is only intended for immediate triage of a current problem, so, for what you have said here you need the following on a tag:

drug allergy #1
drug allergy #2
